Returns process

The return is expected upon notification, no later than 14 days from receipt of the package.

You can request a return online and completely independently:

2 - Copy and paste the security code sent to your email
3 - From your account request the return and indicate the reason

Our Customer Service will examine your request within 24/48 hours.

POLICY

The items must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with internal and external labels still attached, without repairs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send the items to the following address: CC euroma2 Viale oceano Pacifico 83 00144 Rome Box T45 neg. Noikika and inserting a sheet of paper inside the package with the following data: name, surname, order number, reason for the return and IBAN if cash on delivery was chosen as the payment method at the time of purchase.

Noikika reminds you that the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Noikika reserves the right to refuse returns outside the established time limit, in the event that the items are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or do not meet the conditions for return. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods or proof of return has been provided.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately. All other labels article, whether in fabric or pendants, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the article. The product must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization received via email from our Customer Service (the date will prevail indicated on the postmark or courier's transport document). The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, NOIKIKA reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We will check the quality of the product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.

REFUNDS INFORMATION

Once we have received the items for which a return request has been made, at our logistics, we will verify that the product complies with the aforementioned specifications. We will then pay the sum paid for the purchase within 15 days of delivery, with the exception of shipping costs, making the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.

Please note: Once you have received the refund confirmation email, the credit on your credit card will be visible within 24/48 hours.

If you purchased with Paypal, the refund will be immediately visible on your account.
