My experience with this e-commerce was simply exceptional! From the beginning they were super kind and helpful: after completing the order, they contacted me to ask for the measurements of hips, waist, etc., in order to modify the dress to measure for me. I had initially ordered a black dress, but then I changed my mind and preferred the burgundy one. The problem was that it risked not arriving in time for the wedding where I was supposed to wear it. The customer service girl was fantastic because she committed to calling the courier, even if that day had already passed, so that the package could be collected immediately. The next working day the dress was already at my house! In addition, they gave me the possibility of returning the black dress beyond the two days foreseen, which started from the moment of the return request and not from the reception of the package. They understood that during the holidays (December 31st and New Year's Eve) I was not able to organize myself and they were really flexible. The dresses are beautiful and of high quality. It was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had.
